The full range of Biolux products uses the world's first automated Clean-In-Place system (Automatic CIP).  Currently almost water purification products available in the market only have filtering  features.  Although some high-end products add UV germicidal light,  the water that remains in the pipeline will still breed bacteria. Bacteria will be attached to the surface of the pipe and accumulate to form biofilm.  Studies by U.S. Centers for Disease Control, CDC, have shown that the biofilm on the drinking water pipeline is the main source of bacteria in daily drinking water.
